You can deposit money in any currency, and it will be automatically converted into the base currency (USD) of your account. This conversion will be done at S.A.M. Trade’s prevailing interbank rate.

Any amount that is in excess will have to be transferred via bank wire transfer.

We can only transfer an equivalent amount that you have deposited with us back to your card. As such, any profits will be transferred to your bank account via wire transfer. This is to protect all parties against fraud and minimize the possibility of money laundering and/or terrorist financing.

Yes, you can. All withdrawals are processed by our support team within 72 working hours after the request made by the client.

Yes, you can. However, do note that free margin is calculated as equity less necessary margin (i.e. margin required to maintain an open position). If you do not have sufficient free margin in your trading account, the system will not accept your request and you will need to lower the intended amount for withdrawal or close your position.

Your withdrawal request will be processed by our Support Team within 72 working hours. Subsequent to the processing of the withdrawal request by our Support Team, the withdrawal payout may take 2-5 business days to be reflected in your bank statement if bank wire transfer or credit/debit card transfer is used.

We do not charge any additional fees for our deposit/ withdrawal options. However, do note that any prevailing bank fees, TT fees, or FX fees will be borne by you.

No, this is not possible. It is forbidden to transfer funds between different clients’ trading accounts due to anti-money laundering regulations.

Yes, this is possible. You can request an internal transfer between two trading accounts, but only if both accounts have been opened under your name and if both trading accounts have been validated.

There could be various reasons for a rejection of your withdrawal request. Below are some (not exhaustive) reasons for the rejection of your withdrawal request:

  1. The amount per the withdrawal request exceeds the summation of your balance in the SamPay account, trading profits, and commissions;

  2. The beneficiary bank account details per the provided bank statement is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with your withdrawal request; or

  3. The bank statement that is furnished is not in your name.

The support team will furnish the reason for the rejection of the withdrawal request for your rectification.
